Thanks to the support of the local government, through the implementation of Project 4889 “Supporting creative startups in Hanoi city for the period of 2019-2025”, many Hanoi startups have overcome difficulties and turned them into opportunities for development.

In addition, research and product modification at incubators or startup facilities have been at a normal level.
In particular, many large startups still receive support from foreign investors. As a result, despite many businesses have been suspended and dissolved, many businesses have had a change of direction while adapting to the basis of difficulties and challenges that the pandemic brings.
Startups also researched products and services in the direction of taking advantage of current technological achievements to be able to create new products and services that can be provided to consumers in quarantine conditions due to the pandemic.
To overcome the current challenge, many start-ups have been interested in promoting digital transformation and creating a ripple effect in the market. Enterprises in many fields, such as retail, service, etc., have switched from traditional business channels to e-commerce.
Thanks to the application of science and technology, some startups have succeeded in creating applications for remote medical examinations, online legal advice, virtual education, etc. Such applications have been constantly being developed and have had a great influence on society and have been well received by the market.
